The starred IYO Experience restaurant offers a limited edition panettone with a classic dough, but with a distinct and unconventional personality thanks to the interpretation of head pastry chef Luca De Santi. The result is an exquisite interplay of flavors between Italy and Japan, the two worlds that IYO brings into dialogue.
The graphics designed by Cacao Design to personalize the packaging, a special solution with a magnetic closure ad hoc designed for “transversal” use by the IYO Group, breaks away from the restaurant’s visual identity and presents a new identity that is more institutional and suitable for a “group” concept, while remaining refined and upscale, in line with the target audience and brand positioning.
